obstacles on diet!!


Assalamualaikum.. 

im going tru few tired days..its the time to share my incredible story..


on mac dis year, i noticed a few things bout myself..i have double chin, wearing jeans become major problems, wearing tshirts feeling like 'sarung nangka'..

without any delay..i met my fwen FAZREENA dat made changes..after a session of explanation n im ready to SHAKE..im going home n keep the products under my table..reason??? im ashamed if my family members found out im on diet programme...(useless action...LOL)..

my first shake is chocolate flavor..my first choice..its yummy n i feel like milo pekat yg best..


shake pon pelan2 n make sure my family members didnt noticed...(still malu)..but still i want product result..follow jadual pemakanan given my my coach..

so easy juz replace ur meal for breakfast n dinner..n luch like normal person...many obstacles to reduce the fats including all delicious meal from my daddy...makan jugak but in small quantity..my weight on mac is 54.5kg..my height 154cm..(im always thinking im 180cm..LOL)...
the right weight around 49-50kg..

after 3 month, i got product result..on june my weight was 48.8kg...heehee...n current weight is 50kg..on track..n adjusting the jadual pemakanan to maintain my weight n health..

my weight chart...amazing??? i loike!


now masih jaga pemakanan, n sometimes tercicir but its ok..still on track..but then, have many obstacles during my diet session..huhu..sometimes its hurt...SUCH AS;

1. "makan la sikit, x gemuk la dgn makan cmni" - erk..dats the killer sentence, but think back, when u r in diet session, the previous fats yg dok collect from berpuluh tahun lalu, it still jd lemak tepu n dok berkepuk dlm badan..so x heran la bdn still fluffy..



2. " ala, skrg diet, nnt stop diet sure gemuk blk" - huh!..on diet session, we r not to cut ur meal, but cut the calories n fats u gain..then increase the level of ur metabolism, dats why even u stop from HERBALIFE diet session, u wont fluffy again...BUT if dok santap dgn megahnya mmg la gemuk..dont deny the fact la.


3. " jom la mkn, eh lupa kwn kita tu tgh diet, hehhe" - nice?? dunno but i think its more like perli yg kita ni tgh diet..rs hangat dn terbako sometime..but then, take it as positive way...they want u to prove that u ll get product result one day..it is impossible?? NO, NO, NO we can do it!


4. "diet kunun, tgk la bpe hari bole tahan" - dis best quote come from my sis...hehe...the first week she saw me shake-ing every morning n nite..she told me dat i wont long lasting..now, she is the one who is jeles giller dgn i..hehe...seriously, everybody ll start looking at u, when u start making changes..take deep breath n think wat u r doing now is for urself not others..others juz use their nice quote to make u fall..

5. " nape nk ikat perut?? kn ALLAH bg nikmat mkn, mkn je la" - true ALLAH gives us nikmat mkn suma, but do we need to waste the nikmat by mkn everything n didnt care about nikmat kesihatan??? itu lagi sgt x appreciate nikmat ALLAH..



diet is not cut ur meal, but cut the calories dat u take...
