fasting with herbalife

hi all viewers...dis entry bout fasting with HERBALIFE..ada yg tanya 'klu puasa cne nk shake?x mkn ke mlm?'

hah! even bulan puasa dh berlalu, namun ni utk sharing dgn fwens n viewers yg nk puasa sunat ke puasa ganti ke..so x risau..this is base on my experience..

SAHUR - slalu nya mkn benda berat la kan..org selalu aim..mkn bg kenyang..nnt x dak tenaga nk puasa..but yg kita mkn tu betul ke bg tenaga?? big question to u..then sy shake je pgi2..

    > save masa - sbb x sibuk2 nk panaskan msakan yg semalam..o nk g msk yg baru kan..
    > berkhasiat - ada mcm2 benda baek dlm shake tuh..sure ada energy smpai berbuka..(letih tu biasa la, x     kn la ada energy g pnjat gunung...)

then mulakan hari kita dgn bertenaga dn g opis...

pokcik ni pon bahagia..sure dh shake td..

BERBUKA - ni la part paling best n amazing..lps je org azan tu terus mkn kurma n minum air kosong (byk pon x pe)..then shake dlu..sy akan bt recipe shake yg paling best sbb nk berbuka nih..sure la nk yg sedap2 belaka..mkn la kueh sepotong dua..

hah! sepotong dua je??x lapa ker?seharian x mkn, then berbuka dgn kueh sepotong dua??? tu la amazing nye shake HERBALIFE nih..cuba dlu, bru taw pe feel die..tak ter-explain kt sini..

then g la terawih (if fasting month la)..balik tu mkn la apa yg patot..mkn benda berat dgn kuantiti seadanya..g terawih tu bw la air kosong..sy bw je, sbb dahaga taw..water bottle HERBALIFE la kan..ehhe..

if bukan bulan puasa, lps solat maghrib tu bole la mkn benda berat dgn kuantiti seadanya..mkn buahan + sayuran..

then bulan puasa sy x g bazar ramadhan ke??? g jugak, nk beli buah, kueh sket2..tp sy x blanja lebih dr rm5 pon..

cne klu berbuka kt luar?? mkn la seadanya, klu nk shake kt luar pon ok gk..tp jgn la x mkn, dh byr berbuka kt palace of golden horses lgi nk tahan..membazir plak..


so, mmg sgt bole lost weight bulan puasa nih..one of my champ lost 3kg in a week, dlm fasting month...alhamdulillah...lega uols..bila kita bole bantu org len berubah..everybody can make changes..but seriousness n commitment make them differ..

formula 1

ok..dis entry, i want to share about dis amazing nutrition..sometimes im telling others bout basic nutrition n still have many Q arise..so dis is an explanation bout it..FORMULA 1 or we called it F1..

pe benda nih???

1 - dis is basic nutrition, nk lost weight ke gain weight ke o even maintain health bole consume nih..

2- healthy meal wif 16 minerals,8.7 - 9.9 gm protein to support weight management..so kita x kan miss any nutriens in daily life..

3- ada vitamins C and E also amino acids to maintain good health

4- only 10seconds to prepare the healthy meal (sometimes less than dat, series!!)

5- less than 220 calories, dat help kita yg nk lost weight..suma mknan yg kita ambil ada calories, but rajinnnyee nk calculate the amount of calories..for ex:
       a) goreng pisang sekeping = 170 calories (mkn sekeping ke??comelnye mkn sekeping je..times la bpe keping yg mkn)
       b) nasi lemak bersambal sepinggan = 400 calories

         c) beriyani ayam sepinggan = 880 calories (hambik kau!)

6 - asas dr soy protein
7 - have 5 flavors;
         a) chocolate - flavor yg mnjadi kegilaan rmai..
         b) tropical - rs mcm ada kt tepi kebun buahan..rs fresh n sedap la..
         c) strawberry - for those yg nk kulit glow n fair bole amik nih..
         d) cappucino - rs caffein sket, but sedap gk..
         e) vanilla - rs milky n tasty..
   kt country len ada mango flavor n mcm2 g..tnggu msuk sni la..

bg sket la recepi shake ni bg lagi sedap..mudah je..
      > 2 scoop f1 tropical flavor + 100ml (or less) fruit juice (such as apple wif aloe bits, yummy!) = shake!!

8- cara consume different due to your aim, lost weight?gain weigt? maintain? (ask me to know details ya!)
but basically twice per day..

my nephew, mohd auza'ie hakiem also consume HERBALIFE..

h.life event!!

hope all readers fine n already have your shake?? nope?? then ask me how!!

ok, dis time i ll share with u my experience (s) with HERBALIFE event..what it is??
HERBALIFE event is training for all herbalife independent distributor..mcm kita g keja, before keja ada g training n so on..so ni pon sme gk..

it is important??
   >> me myself pon penah argue bout dis, why have to go event? juz use the product n that is..but, bile ada thousands questions bout the product, 'ok ke?' ' ade kesan x?' bla..bla..then i have to be prepared for all kind of questions..

the solution is, im going for the event..YES, im government servant (servant???) still i not have so much time to go event..but if we serious in doing something, u ll find the time..

my first event on april dis year..it is STS, event yg slalu diadakan d setiap negeri monthly..setiap negeri ada la, n skrg ni every week ada STS ni..ada yg sempat pergi, bole la join..
pe yg ada dlm STS nih?ade speaker yg mmg ada byk experience, byk ilmu n kita inspired from speech diorg..
 mulut dok tny mcm2 psal event nih..

rmai org x??? sgt HAPPENING uolss..mcm2 org from pelbagai background come n gain knowledge..bile g event cmni, bru la terasa ohhh kerdilnya diri ini, byk ilmu yg ak x taw..betul la, ilmu yg kita ada hny setitik dari lautan ilmu..ada org muda2 lgi dh gain information n become richer than me..(huh!!)

then on july, i went for another event ZERO TO HERO..the title really mean..from i yg zero nih become hero..hehhe...

act, there is something dat i want to know:
   1 - about the products ( in depth)
   2 - the marketing strategy
   3 - motivation
   4 - self development
it sounds weird, but itu la yg sy cr, dan sy jumpa!!! anybody out there, yg feel diri tu slalu humble, dont hve communication skills..this is the place for u to find yourselves..

then after raya hri tu, my group bt FOCUS GROUP, ni event among group ja..nk revise blk all targets, all feedbacks n sharing our experinces..miracle, because im surrounded by positive person (really miss the moment)
musti la snap pic..lps penat grouping..

then i went for HOM..ini event yg kecik dr STS tdi tu..kecik pon rmmmai giler yg attend..ohh, sgt nk gain knowledge..also ada speaker from medical field..Dr Khadija..

x larat nk explain, org yg rmai tuh..tgk seniri..

kannnn....sgt la byk event yg HERBALIFE organized..ada yg free bole la join,but still kita seniri yg kena bg ada masa utk diri sendiri gain knowledge..if u juz want to end up as a HERBALIFE user..x wajib sgt nk attend event nih..

next event is another series of ZERO TO HERO..bulan nov nih, sy booked ticket..best!!



and next event ll b next year..

sbb pe letak twice nih??sbb I'VE GOT THE TICKET!!! insyaALLAH x de aral mmg akn ke sana..sgt teruja, sbb ni lagi happening, lgi byk info, lgi byk sharing experinces, lgi rmai org yg luar biasa kita bole jmpa...

dlm hidup ni perlu ada matlamat dn kemajuan yg kita nk achive, if juz comfort at ur zone..mmg hidup hny utk keja..n keja la smpai tua..but dun forget kehidupan d akhir SANA..pelaburan dunia biarlah berkat utk hidup here n after..

hope everybody fine n sihat..dis entry to reply all questions asking by my fwen..dat curios about pemakanan semasa diet dengan HERBALIFE..

most popular questions is :

1. bole mkn NASI x?


A: sy mkn je nasi masa diet nih...TAPI berpada lah..x kn nk menyantap 3 4 pinggan..kemon la..mkn sekadar yg diperlukan..ada org tny karbohidrat ni suma x bole mkn..hah??

- info from google - Karbohidrat diperlukan untuk membekalkan tenaga bagi kegunaan badan.Kekurangan karbohidrat boleh menyebabkan seseorang itu berasa lemah dan tidak bermaya.Karbohidrat yang diambil secra berlebihan pula boleh menyebabkan penyakit seperti diabetes.Penyakit ini berpunca daripada gangguan fungsi hormon insulin oleh pankreas.

perlu x nasi atau ape2 yg karbohidrat ni?penting..but kita yg tentukan kadarnya..lgi pon rmai yg pm n ckp 'perut Malaysia' susah nk tnggal nasi...dan karbohidrat bukan nasi je taw..

2. kena g exercise x?

A: lost weight depends on 80% from pemakanan n 20% dari exercise atau work out..so, if uols g exercise n lps tu blk mkn nasi beriyani gammm plus teh aisss...depends la..wat is the result??

if pegi exercise n jga pemakanan sgt bagus and proven..ni la duta HERBALIFE yg aktif bersukan dan jga pemakanan..

3. kena minum air byk2 ke??

A: mmg sudah kelaziman untuk minum air kosong..byk faedah nya..bkn sekadar bila shake HERBALIFE je..

5. kadar metabolisma sy rendah, ade ape2 kene bt x?


A: while kite on diet with HERBALIFE nih..we can increase the level of metabolism, so foods yg kita mkn will change to energy dgn cepat dan x jadi la lemak tepu yg berkepuk di badan..

how to increase level of metabolism?
       1. makan dlm kuantiti yg sedikit - lgi senang dgn shake HERBALIFE, x yah risau kandungan dlm die..semua berkhasiat dn seimbang..

       2. dont skip your breakfast - sy shake HERBALIFE je every day..jemu?x la..we have 5 flavors and many delicious recipe...
